EA-PUL 11500-120 6U 60000W Programmable Electronic DC Load with Energy Recovery
The EA-PUL 11500-120 6U is a high-performance, regenerative, programmable electronic DC load unit from the EA-PUL 10000 series, designed for demanding laboratory and industrial testing applications. As a 60kW electronic load, it features advanced energy recovery technology that feeds up to 96.5% of the consumed DC power back into the AC grid with high efficiency, significantly reducing operating costs and heat generation. It operates as a precise programmable DC load and can also function as a bidirectional DC power source. The unit offers a wide DC input range of 0-1500V and 0-120A, with a constant power characteristic (autoranging) that provides maximum flexibility across a broad operating spectrum. It supports multiple regulation modes (CV, CC, CP, CR) with fast crossover, digital control with 16-bit ADCs/DACs, and adjustable voltage controller speed. Equipped with a galvanically isolated Master-Slave bus and Share-Bus, it enables seamless parallel operation of up to 64 units of mixed power classes (from 5kW) from the 10000 series to create systems up to 3840kW. Standard interfaces include USB, Ethernet, and an analog DB15 connector, with options for CAN, CANopen, Profibus, EtherCAT, Profinet, and Modbus. It is ideal for Battery Test Systems, Fuel Cell Test, On-Board Charger Test, Battery Recycling Test, and Module/Pack testing.
