6. Legal Basis of Processing
The legal basis for processing operations for which we obtain consent for a specific processing purpose is Art. 6 (1) lit. a) GDPR. If the processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract, Art. 6 (1) 1 lit. b) GDPR is the legal basis. If our company is subject to a legal obligation that requires the processing of personal data, such as in the field of tax law, processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. c) GDPR.

7. Deletion or Blocking of Data
We adhere to the principles of data minimization and data economy. 8. Data Protection for Applications and in the Application Process
We collect and process personal data from applicants for the purpose of handling the application process. Processing can also take place electronically. If an employment contract is concluded with an applicant as a result of the application process, the transmitted data will be stored for the purpose of managing the employment relationship in compliance with the legal provisions. If no employment contract is concluded, the application documents will be deleted at the latest three months after notification of rejection, provided that no other legitimate interests of our company oppose such deletion.
9. Automated Decision Making
We do not use any automated decision making or so-called "profiling" with the data processed by us.

We have integrated the external service YouTube Video on our website. YouTube Video is a component of the YouTube video platform, LLC, where users can upload, share, and receive detailed statistics about content over the Internet. YouTube Video uses cookies and other browser technologies to analyze user behavior, recognize users, and create user profiles. Based on this, we may assume that Google guarantees a level of data protection comparable to that of the EU.

In addition to this website, we also operate various social media channels. Currently, we have presences on LinkedIn and YouTube.
