EA-PUL 10920-250 6U 60000W Programmable Electronic DC Load with Energy Recovery
The EA-PUL 10920-250 is a high-performance, programmable electronic DC load unit with integrated energy recovery (regenerative) functionality. As part of the EA-PUL 10000 series, this 60 kW (60000W) unit operates as a bidirectional power supply and advanced electronic load, capable of feeding up to 96.5% of the consumed DC energy back into the AC grid. It features a wide autoranging DC input of 0 - 920 V and 0 - 250 A, providing exceptional flexibility for testing applications. With multiple regulation modes (CV, CC, CP, CR), digital control via 16-bit ADCs/DACs, and galvanically isolated Share-Bus and Master-Slave bus for seamless parallel operation of up to 64 units, it is ideal for building scalable, high-power test systems. Standard interfaces include USB, Ethernet, and an analog DB15 port, with optional industrial protocols (CANopen, Profinet, Modbus, EtherCAT, etc.) available. Its applications span battery testing (cell, module, pack, SOH, EOL), fuel cell testing, on-board charger (OBC) validation, and battery recycling systems, offering high accuracy, reproducibility, and significant energy cost savings.
