The EA-PSBE 12000-20 3U is a 15 kW bidirectional DC power supply from the PSBE 10000 series, delivering precise two‑quadrant operation in a compact 3U form factor. It functions as both a programmable DC power supply and a regenerative electronic load, recovering energy back to the grid with up to 95.5% efficiency – reducing energy costs and minimizing heat generation. With a wide output range of 0‑2000 V and 0‑20 A, autoranging technology provides full power across a broad voltage/current envelope, eliminating the need for multiple units. The unit accepts three‑phase mains from 208 V to 480 V (±10%) with active PFC (>0.99) and features digital regulation using 16‑bit ADCs/DACs for high resolution and fast crossover between CV, CC, CP, and CR modes. Built‑in galvanically isolated interfaces include USB, Ethernet, analog control (0‑5 V/0‑10 V switchable), Master‑Slave‑Bus, and Share‑Bus, allowing parallel operation of up to 64 units to create systems up to 1920 kW.
