EA-PSBE 12000-20 3U Programmable Bidirectional DC Power Supply
The EA-PSBE 12000-20 3U is a 15 kW bidirectional DC power supply from the PSBE 10000 series, delivering precise two‑quadrant operation in a compact 3U form factor. It functions as both a programmable DC power supply and a regenerative electronic load, recovering energy back to the grid with up to 95.5% efficiency – reducing energy costs and minimizing heat generation. With a wide output range of 0‑2000 V and 0‑20 A, autoranging technology provides full power across a broad voltage/current envelope, eliminating the need for multiple units. The unit accepts three‑phase mains from 208 V to 480 V (±10%) with active PFC (>0.99) and features digital regulation using 16‑bit ADCs/DACs for high resolution and fast crossover between CV, CC, CP, and CR modes. Built‑in galvanically isolated interfaces include USB, Ethernet, analog control (0‑5 V/0‑10 V switchable), Master‑Slave‑Bus, and Share‑Bus, allowing parallel operation of up to 64 units to create systems up to 1920 kW. Advanced protections (OVP, OCP, OPP, OTP) are fully adjustable, and the 5" TFT touchscreen with intuitive UI simplifies local operation.
