The TPS-BM159000THIT is a high-performance TPS-BM159000THIT bidirectional power module, paired with the TPS-BM159000THIRT power module, designed as a three-phase AC-DC bidirectional module. It adopts advanced three-phase no neutral line technology, making it a no neutral line current power module that eliminates neutral line current issues in power systems. Equipped with mature soft switching technology (Soft switching technology power module), it ensures reliable and efficient bidirectional energy conversion, suitable for applications such as cell formation test equipment (Cell formation test power module), power bidirectional test equipment (Power bidirectional test equipment module), and energy recyclable power aging equipment (Energy recyclable power aging module).
As a 92%/91.5% high efficiency power module, it achieves a peak efficiency of 92% in AC to DC direction and 91.5% in DC to AC direction, significantly reducing energy consumption. It features high power factor (High PF >0.99 power module, PF=0.99@380VAC full load) and low total harmonic distortion of input current (Low THDi <5% power module, THDi<5%@380VAC full load), ensuring excellent grid compatibility.
This 9000W/7200W bidirectional power module delivers 9000W rated output capacity in AC to DC direction and 7200W rated input capacity in DC to AC direction. It operates as a 380/400/415VAC input module with an AC input voltage range of 343~456VAC (full load) and 304~343VAC (derating to 80%), and a frequency range of 50/60±5Hz. As a 15VDC output power module, it provides 15VDC DC output with rated currents of 600A (AC to DC) and 480A (DC to AC, 600A/480A output current module), while the AC input current is ≤17A (≤17A input current module).
