Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination shipping zone and the total shipment weight.
The following standard parcel rates apply:

Shipments exceeding 20 kg
For shipments exceeding 20 kg, shipping costs are calculated based on the total shipment weight and the applicable shipping zone.
Additional shipping costs may apply depending on the final parcel weight, packaging, and number of parcels required.
The applicable shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process or communicated before shipment.
Heavy or bulky shipments / Freight forwarding
For particularly heavy, bulky, or large shipments, delivery may be carried out by freight forwarding (spedition).
If the estimated shipping costs exceed €330.00, we kindly ask you to contact us before placing the order. In such cases we will be happy to provide you with an individual shipping quotation.
Additional surcharges
Additional surcharges may apply in special cases, for example:

customs, duties, taxes, or import-related fees for non-EU deliveries
Such charges, where applicable, are borne by the recipient unless otherwise agreed.
Non-EU deliveries
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply. These are not included in our prices and must be borne by the recipient.
Delivery time
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, delivery is usually made within up to 7 business days.
Partial deliveries
Partial deliveries may be made where reasonable.
Shipping method
We choose the shipping method and route at our reasonable discretion, unless a specific shipping method has been expressly agreed.
