It integrates a robust DC busbar infrastructure designed for high-current DC distribution exceeding 2000A, with precision thermal engineering design calibrated for 30K to 50K temperature rise above ambient to ensure long-term reliability under 100% duty cycle. The advanced cooling architecture includes a redundant high-pressure fan matrix with over 2000 CFM combined airflow and 85 percent open perforated doors for minimal intake resistance, paired with per-bay temperature sensors and automated emergency power throttling for reliable overheat protection. For grid compatibility and power quality management, the system features active power factor correction to maintain THDi less than 5 percent, a staggered soft-start sequence to prevent nuisance tripping of upstream breakers, and balanced 3-phase input to eliminate neutral-point shift. The power distribution system supports 3L+PE 600A AC input current at 400VAC and 480VAC, compatible with both 50Hz operating frequency and 60Hz operating frequency, with a standard 10kA SCCR rating and optional 65kA SCCR upgrade.
