Sine Wave Filter
The Sine Wave Filter is designed to optimize inverter/VFD output by converting PWM waveforms into a smoother near sine wave, helping to reduce waveform distortion, suppress high frequency harmonics, and protect motors and downstream equipment. Built with high quality copper wire, a silicon steel (iron) core, and integrated capacitor components, it provides safe, stable performance while improving power quality and system reliability. Typical ratings include 380V/690V (customizable) Rated Voltage, 5A–1600A rated Rated Current, and 50Hz/60Hz frequency. Inductance and electrical sensing capacity are customizable to match different drive systems. The unit features low noise (≤65dB(A) within 1 meter, typical) and supports operation in 25°C to +40°C environments, with protection grade IP00 (without chassis). Common application fields include new energy, UPS & uninterrupted power supply systems, electric vehicles, and motor drives.
