DCL Balance Reactor
The DCL Balance Reactor is engineered to enhance DC link stability and protect power electronic devices by suppressing current mutation, limiting surge/inrush current, and reducing high order harmonics. Built with high quality copper wire and a silicon steel (iron) core, it offers safe, stable performance with low temperature rise and low noise, helping improve system reliability in demanding applications. Typical configurations support Rated Voltage options such as 380V/690V (customizable), with a wide operating current range of 5A–1600A and 50Hz/60Hz frequency. Inductance is customizable to match your DC link and converter design. Optional insulation is available in Class F / Class H, and the reactor supports short time overload up to 1.5× rated current for 60 seconds (configuration dependent).
