The BK Series Machine Tool Control Transformer is engineered to deliver safe, stable, and precise control power for industrial automation systems and machine tools. With a robust iron core and high quality winding group, the BK transformer achieves low losses and strong magnetic performance using cold rolled silicon steel sheets, helping maintain accurate output under fluctuating loads. Vacuum impregnation processing enhances insulation strength, high temperature resistance, and moisture/anti corrosion performance, while the compact, low noise structure makes it suitable for indoor control cabinets and equipment rooms. The series supports wide customization, including rated capacity from 1 kVA up to 800 kVA (customizable), input/output voltage from 1 V to 10,000 V (customizable), and 50/60 Hz frequency. Optional impedance settings (typically 1%–20%) support different load characteristics. Common specifications include insulation resistance ≥500 MΩ, dielectric strength around 2500 VAC/1 min, configurable cooling (self cooling or air cooling), and selectable protection grades (IP00/IP20).
