Single Phase Isolation Transformer (DG Series)
The DG Series Single Phase Isolation Transformer is designed for safety protection, clean power delivery, and reliable voltage conversion in industrial and commercial equipment. By providing galvanic isolation between the primary and secondary, it helps suppress electrical interference, reduce fault propagation, and improve power stability for sensitive loads such as CNC machine tools, factory machinery, work lighting, and signal light power supplies. Built with a robust iron core and high quality winding group, the transformer features an ultra quiet structure and reinforced mechanical clamping for long term stable operation. Manufacturing options such as vacuum impregnation enhance insulation performance, high temperature resistance, and corrosion protection for harsh environments. The platform is highly customizable, supporting rated capacities from 1 kVA to 800 kVA, wide input/output voltage ranges from 1 V to 10,000 V, and 50/60 Hz frequency. Typical specifications include insulation resistance ≥500 MΩ, dielectric strength around 2500 VAC/1 min, selectable impedance voltage (1%–20%), and flexible cooling (self cooling or air cooling). Protection grade can be configured (IP00/IP20), with insulation class options such as Class F or Class H (optional). It is engineered for unattended operation, with short term overload capability (e.g., 2× rated current for 1 minute, application dependent), controlled noise (≤60 dB(A) at 1 meter), and a design life up to 20 years under normal conditions.
