The Single Phase Pole Mounted Transformer is an American standard, oil immersed distribution unit designed for reliable outdoor service on overhead lines. Built with a fully sealed tank for strong environmental adaptability and long term stability, it provides flexible ratings from 10 kVA to 333 kVA (customizable). Primary (HV) voltage is customizable from 7,200 V to 34,500 V, and secondary (LV) voltage is customizable from 120 V to 600 V to match utility, commercial, and temporary power needs. High quality copper windings and an excellent iron core improve efficiency and response, with typical no load loss from 36–350 W and load loss from 120–2500 W (model dependent). Common external and safety components may include an HV bushing, LV bushing, high voltage lightning arrester, pressure relief valve, cover band/cover assembly, lifting lugs, copper ground strap, and nameplate—supporting safe installation, grounding, and maintenance.
