    The MOIP200P is an entry-level high-performance fiber isolated oscilloscope probe from Micsig's SigOFIT optical probe family, optimized for differential signal testing and floating voltage measurement in general power electronics design and validation applications. Built on proven SigOFIT core technology, this Micsig 200MHz probe delivers 200MHz bandwidth with 1.75ns rise time, enabling accurate capture of standard switching transients in wide bandgap semiconductor test and power device characterization workflows. Featuring exceptional common mode interference rejection with 180dB DC common mode rejection and maintaining 122dB CMRR at 200MHz, the MOIP200P provides a complete galvanic isolation solution with effective ringing suppression for switch-mode power supply and motor drive designs. With below 0.3mVrms noise floor and 1 percent DC accuracy, this probe delivers reliable ultra low noise detection performance with 0.1 percent offset drift reduction for dependable long duration measurement in extended testing environments. The 85kVpk isolation rating delivers robust high potential isolation for high voltage insulation test and industrial medium-voltage power system applications. The 1pF input capacitance with short coaxial test leads minimizes circuit loading effects, making the probe suitable for safe IGBT circuit testing and semiconductor device evaluation without adversely impacting the device under test.
