    EA-PSBE 11500-30 3U Programmable Bidirectional DC Power Supply

    The EA-PSBE 11500-30 3U is a high-performance programmable bidirectional DC power supply from the EA Elektro-Automatik PSBE 10000 Series. As a two-quadrant regenerative DC power supply, it seamlessly operates as both a source and a sink, recovering energy back to the grid with up to 95.5% efficiency (at full load). This 3U form factor unit delivers an output voltage from 0 to 1500V, current from 0 to 30A, and power from 0 to 15000W, featuring autoranging technology for a wide operating range. It achieves low ripple: ≤400mV RMS (300kHz BW) and ≤2400mV p-p (20MHz BW) for CV mode. The PSBE 11500-30 integrates digital control with 16-bit ADCs/DACs, supports CV/CC/CP/CR modes with fast crossover, and offers adjustable control speed (Normal, Fast, Slow). Built-in interfaces include USB, Ethernet, analog I/O (0-5V/0-10V), USB host, Master-Slave-Bus, and Share-Bus, with optional fieldbus modules like CAN, Profinet, or EtherCAT. Up to 64 units can be paralleled via master-slave and share buses to achieve higher system power (up to 1920kW) while maintaining single-unit operation. Ideal for automated test systems, battery testing and simulation, fuel cell testing, on-board charger testing, and battery recycling applications, this power supply minimizes energy costs and heat generation through its regenerative capability.
