EA-PSB 11500-30 3U 15kW Programmable Bidirectional DC Power Supply
The EA-PSB 11500-30 3U is a high-performance, programmable bidirectional DC power supply from the PSB 10000 3U series, integrating the functionality of a laboratory DC power supply (source) and a regenerative electronic load (sink) into a single 3U 19" rack-mount enclosure. As a versatile DC power source and sink, it delivers an output voltage of 0-1500V and an output current of 0-30A, with a total DC output power of 0-15000W. This bidirectional power supply features seamless and gapless switching between source and sink modes, making it ideal for complex testing applications. The integrated energy recovery function inverts consumed DC energy with up to 95.5% efficiency and feeds it back into the grid. The device includes a 5" color TFT touch screen for intuitive manual control and offers versatile remote control options via its built-in USB, Ethernet, and galvanically isolated analog interface. An optional plug-in module slot allows for the addition of industrial fieldbus interfaces like Profibus, ProfiNet, ModBus TCP, CANopen, and EtherCAT. It features a comprehensive function generator with sequences for sine, rectangular, triangular, arbitrary waveforms, as well as specialized functions for battery testing (charge/discharge), photovoltaic panel simulation (PV/EN50530), fuel cell simulation, and MPP tracking. For increased power or current requirements, up to 64 units can be connected in a master-slave parallel configuration.
