The EA-PS 10080-1000 4U is a high-performance, 30kW programmable DC power supply designed for demanding industrial test and battery charging applications. As part of the robust PS 10000 4U series, this model delivers 80V with an impressive 1000A current output, providing substantial power in a 4U rack-mountable form factor. It excels as a versatile bench power supply, offering precise voltage regulation, constant current mode, power limiting, and internal resistance regulation for simulating real-world conditions. Engineered for reliability and safety, it incorporates comprehensive protection features including overvoltage (OVP), overcurrent (OCP), overpower (OPP), and overtemperature (OT) protection, alongside power fail (PF) prevention mechanisms. The unit supports advanced system integration through master-slave parallel operation (Share bus) for power scaling up to 1920kW with 64 units, as well as series connection for higher voltage requirements. It complies with SEMI F47 standards for ride-through during voltage sags. Remote control is facilitated via built-in USB, Ethernet, and an isolated analog interface (0-5V/0-10V), with optional digital interface modules (CANopen, Profibus, ProfiNet, ModBus TCP, EtherCAT, etc.). Operation data can be recorded directly to a USB stick for logging and analysis.
