EA-ELR 10080-1000 4U 30kW Programmable DC Electronic Load with Energy Recovery
The EA-ELR 10080-1000 4U is a high-performance programmable DC electronic load designed for precision testing of power supplies, including 24V power supplies, DC power supplies, and bench power supplies. With a voltage range of 0-80V, current up to 1000A, and power up to 30kW, this load features energy recovery that recycles up to 95.5% of absorbed DC energy back to the grid, reducing operating costs and heat dissipation. It offers exceptional regulation accuracy: constant voltage (CV) at ≤0.05% FS, constant current (CC) at ≤0.1% FS, constant power (CP) at ≤0.3% FS, and constant resistance (CR) at ≤0.3% FS + 0.1% FS. The load delivers fast dynamic response with current rise and fall times of ≤2ms, ideal for transient testing. It includes multiple interfaces such as USB for data logging, Ethernet for remote control, a 15-pin analog interface, and optional modules for CANopen, RS232, Profibus, and more. Advanced functions include a built-in function generator, battery testing, MPP tracking for solar panels, and master-slave parallel operation for scalable power up to 1920kW.
