TPS-ICL-1P-12A-SLIM AC-Inrush Current Limiter

The TPS-ICL-1P-12A-SLIM is a DIN rail-mounted AC-inrush current limiter designed to protect inductive and capacitive loads from high starting currents. With an AC rated current of 12A and an input voltage of 230VAC, it effectively limits peak inrush current to 45A for 100-500ms, preventing unintended fuse release and enabling the use of smaller, faster circuit breakers. This device features an integrated bypass relay—not a simple NTC solution—for reliable performance after startup. It supports wire sizes of 16-12 AWG (1.3-3.3mm), operates in a temperature range of 40°C to 70°C with convection cooling, and complies with safety standards EN62368-1 and EN IEC 61000-3-2.
