    The EA-PUL 12000-80 6U is a high-performance, programmable electronic DC load unit featuring advanced energy recovery technology. As part of the EA-PUL 10000 series, this 60 kW (60000W) model is designed for demanding high-voltage applications, offering a wide DC input range of 0 - 2000 V and 0 - 80 A. Its regenerative design feeds up to 96.5% of the absorbed DC energy back into the AC grid with high efficiency, significantly reducing operational costs and heat dissipation compared to traditional resistive loads. The unit operates on a three-phase AC input (380 V - 480 V ±10%) with active Power Factor Correction (typical 0.99). It features flexible autoranging input stages, allowing full 60 kW power across its entire voltage and current range. Multiple regulation modes (CV, CC, CP, CR) with fast crossover, digital control with 16-bit ADCs/DACs, and adjustable voltage controller speed ensure precise and adaptable testing. For system scalability, it includes a galvanically isolated Master-Slave bus and Share-Bus, enabling parallel operation of up to 64 units of mixed power classes (from 5 kW) to create systems up to 3840 kW. Comprehensive built-in interfaces (USB, Ethernet, Analog) and optional industrial communication protocols (CAN, CANopen, Modbus, Profinet, EtherCAT, etc.) facilitate easy integration into automated test setups.
