EA-PSI 10360-40 3U Programmable DC Power Supply
The EA-PSI 10360-40 3U from the PSI 10000 series is a high-performance programmable DC power supply designed for demanding industrial and laboratory applications. It delivers a precise and adjustable output of 0-360V and 0-40A, with a maximum power of 5000W (derated to 3000W when operated on 208V AC). Featuring an impressive efficiency of up to 95.5%, this 3U unit minimizes energy loss and heat generation. The output is characterized by low ripple of ≤55mV RMS and ≤320mV P-P, ensuring clean power for sensitive loads. Its programmable internal resistance can be set from 0.3Ω to 520Ω, and the output capacitance is 393μF. The integrated multifunction generator supports complex test sequences including sine, triangle, rectangle, trapezoid, DIN 40839, and arbitrary waveforms, as well as IU table, simple PV, fuel cell (FC), and extended PV simulation compliant with EN 50530. This allows simulation of real-world conditions for battery testing, battery charger testing, fuel cell testing, on-board charger testing, and automated test systems. With built-in USB, Ethernet, and galvanically isolated analog interface, plus optional plug-in modules (CAN, Profibus, Profinet, ModBus TCP, EtherCAT, RS232), the PSI 10360-40 3U can be easily integrated into automated environments. Master-slave parallel operation enables system expansion up to 64 units for higher power requirements. The intuitive 5" color TFT touch screen and two rotary knobs provide easy manual control, while comprehensive protection features (OVP, OCP, OPP, OT) ensure safe operation. This versatile power supply reduces test setup time and eliminates the need for additional equipment, making it an ideal choice for research, development, and production testing.
