EA-PSI 10200-70 3U Programmable DC Power Supply
The EA-PSI 10200-70 3U is a high-performance programmable DC power supply from the EA Elektro Automatik PSI 10000 Series, delivering up to 200V output voltage, 70A output current, and 5000W output power in a compact 3U form factor. With an impressive efficiency of up to 94.5%, this power supply is ideal for demanding applications such as battery test equipment, battery charger testing, PV solar panel simulation, and fuel cell simulation. It complies with EN 50530 for photovoltaic inverter testing and DIN 40839 for automotive test impulses, enabling accurate simulation of real-world conditions and generation of complex test sequences without the need for additional equipment, thereby reducing test setup time. The device features a built-in function generator with sine, triangle, rectangular, trapezoidal, arbitrary, ramp, and XY table (IU table) functions, plus advanced PV simulation with day trend and interpolation. It includes comprehensive connectivity with USB, Ethernet, a galvanically isolated analog interface (0-5V/0-10V), and a slot for optional interface modules (CAN, CANopen, RS232, Profibus, Profinet, ModBus TCP, EtherCAT). Remote sensing compensates voltage drops up to 5% of nominal voltage. Master-slave parallel operation supports up to 64 units with Share bus for dynamic load sharing. Protections include OVP, OCP, OPP, OT, PF, and safety OVP (for 60V models), plus user-defined events. The 5" color TFT touch screen, rotary knobs, and USB host for data logging and profile management ensure intuitive manual control. Output specifications: voltage ripple ≤40 mV rms (BW 300 kHz) / ≤300 mV pp (BW 20 MHz), load regulation CV ≤0.05% FS, CC ≤0.1% FS, display accuracy voltage ≤0.05% FS / current ≤0.1% FS.
