EA-PSBE 10500-60 3U 10000W Programmable Bidirectional DC Power Supply
The EA-PSBE 10500-60 3U is a high-performance programmable bidirectional DC power supply from the EA-PSBE 10000 3U series by EA Elektro-Automatik. This 10kW regenerative two-quadrant device combines the functionality of a DC power supply and an electronic load in a single 3U form factor, capable of both sourcing and sinking power with seamless transition. It delivers a DC output voltage from 0 to 500V and a DC output current from 0 to 60A, maintaining its full 10000W across a wide operating range thanks to its flexible autoranging technology and constant power characteristic. In sink mode, the unit operates regeneratively, feeding energy back into the grid with an efficiency of up to 95.5%, which dramatically reduces energy costs and minimizes heat generation compared to conventional loads, thereby lowering air conditioning requirements and overall investment costs. The device offers high precision with 16-bit digital control and supports multiple regulation modes including CV, CC, CP, and CR. It features a galvanically isolated analog interface (0-5V or 0-10V switchable) and built-in digital interfaces including USB and Ethernet. For system expansion, the integrated Master-Slave bus and Share-Bus enable parallel operation of up to 64 units across the PSBE 10000 series, allowing for scalable high-power systems with equal load distribution.
