The EA-PSB 10200-70 3U is a compact, high-performance programmable bidirectional DC power supply from the EA-PSB 10000 series, integrating a laboratory power supply and an electronic DC load into a single 3U 19-inch rack-mount unit. This versatile instrument functions as a DC power source and an energy recuperating system, seamlessly switching between source and sink modes and feeding energy back into the grid with up to 94.5% efficiency, reducing waste and operating costs. It delivers a voltage range of 0-200V, current up to 70A, and power up to 5000W (3000W derated at 208V AC input). The device operates in constant voltage (CV), constant current (CC), constant power (CP), and constant resistance (CR) modes. Ideal for applications including photovoltaic simulation, battery testing, fuel cell simulation, and automotive testing, it also features SEMI F47 compliance for voltage sag immunity. Equipped with a 5" color TFT touch screen, an integrated function generator (sine, triangle, rectangular, arbitrary, and more), and multiple interfaces including USB, Ethernet, and a galvanically isolated analog interface (0-5V/0-10V switchable), it offers precise control and monitoring. Ripple is ≤40mV rms / ≤300mV pp, output capacitance is 2520µF, and up to 64 units can be paralleled in master-slave parallel operation for higher power requirements. Comprehensive protections include adjustable OVP, OCP, OPP, and overtemperature shutdown.
