To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed professional to join us as soon as possible in the area of order processing and import coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Operational handling of international import processes, including preparation, review, approval, and management of all relevant import documents 
  • Determination of customs tariff numbers and compliance with customs and foreign trade regulations 
  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable customs and foreign trade laws 
  • Monitoring delivery dates, transport status, and lead times 
  • Bottleneck tracking and proactive coordination with customers 
  • End-to-end processing and support of customer orders, including communication with all stakeholders
    from quotation phase through material procurement to invoicing  
  • Data entry and maintenance in ERP/CRM systems and documentation management  
  • Coordination with internal departments such as purchasing, production planning, manufacturing, sales, and warehouse 
  • General administrative tasks such as correspondence, appointment coordination, and reporting                

Must-have

  •                                                                   Completed commercial or business-related education, ideally in a technical or industrial environment                                     
  •                                                               Confident handling of MS Office

  • Independent, structured, and reliable working style
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills with a customer-oriented mindset
  • Organizational skills and flexibility in a dynamic work environment

Nice-to-have

  •                                                             Experience in an EMS company, electronics manufacturing, or industrial order processing is an advantage
  • Professional experience in import, export, logistics, or sales support is a plus
  • additional languages are an advantage (e.g. Chinese) 
  •                                                          Good English skills                                          
  • Basic technical understanding is an advantage
