    The EA-ELR 10200-70 3U is a industrial-grade 3U rack-mounted programmable DC load designed by EA Elektro-Automatik, integrating energy recovery technology for efficient operation. It functions as a 0-200V adjustable load and 0-70A variable current load, with a rated power of 5000W; when operating on a 208V AC supply, it automatically switches to a derated mode, providing 3000W of available DC power to ensure safe current draw.

    With a high energy recovery efficiency of up to 94.5%, the load inverts consumed DC energy and feeds it back into the local mains, reducing energy waste significantly. It supports four core operating modes—constant voltage (CV), constant current (CC), constant power (CP), and constant resistance (CR)—making it ideal for power supply test scenarios and industrial heavy-duty applications. As a high precision DC load, it delivers stable performance with voltage display accuracy ≤0.05% FS and current display accuracy ≤0.1% FS, meeting strict testing requirements.

    The device is equipped with a switchable analog interface that supports 0-5V or 0-10V signal ranges for remote control, enabling seamless integration with external control systems. It also includes comprehensive protective functions, such as overpower protection (OPP, adjustable 0-110% of nominal power), overvoltage protection (OVP), overcurrent protection (OCP), and overtemperature protection (OT), safeguarding both the load and connected equipment. For heat dissipation, it adopts forced air cooling with temperature-controlled fans (air inlet at front, outlet at rear) to maintain stable operation in an ambient temperature range of 0°C to 50°C.
