    PSB 20360-40 Triple Programmable Bidirectional DC Power Supply

    The EA‑PSB 20360‑40 Triple is a three‑channel programmable bidirectional DC power supply from the EA‑PSB 20000 Triple series, engineered to function as a benchtop power supply, a regenerative DC power supply, and a two‑quadrant power supply within a single 3U form factor. Each of the three independent and galvanically isolated channels delivers an autoranging output from 0‑360 V and 0‑40 A, providing a total device power of 0‑15000 W (up to 5 kW per channel). The unit achieves up to 95.5 % efficiency in both source and sink modes, and in regenerative operation it feeds energy back to the grid with up to 96 % efficiency, lowering operational and HVAC expenses. It accepts a wide AC input of 208‑480 V ±10 % three‑phase with active PFC (typical 0.99 power factor). Built‑in communication interfaces include USB, 1 Gbit Ethernet, EtherCAT, CAN FD, digital I/O, and a Share‑Bus for parallel operation of up to eight units, enabling a total system power of 120 kW. A versatile function generator supports sine, triangle, square, trapezoid, ramp, and arbitrary waveforms, and facilitates PV solar panel simulation per DIN EN 50530 as well as fuel cell simulation. Housed in a 19‑inch 3U rack enclosure (668 mm depth, 32.8 kg), the PSB 20360‑40 Triple is optimized for computer power supply testing, battery simulation, and automated test systems requiring precise bidirectional power flow and fast communication.
