EA-BT 20010-600 3U Triple Output Battery Tester
The EA-BT 20010-600 3U is a high-performance battery tester from the EA Elektro Automatik BT 20000 Series, designed in a compact 3U form factor with triple outputs for maximum flexibility in cell, module, and pack testing. Each channel delivers up to 600 A, with a total parallel current of 1800 A per device, making it ideal for high-current applications. It supports a wide voltage range from 0-10 V to 0-920 V, leveraging autoranging technology to provide full power across various voltage and current combinations. With a regenerative efficiency of up to 96%, it minimizes energy costs and heat generation, reducing or eliminating the need for air conditioning. The device features high-precision measurement with 18-bit digital control and fast transient response, selectable control speeds (Normal, Fast, Slow), and multiple operation modes: constant voltage (CV), constant current (CC), constant power (CP), and constant resistance (CR). Communication is ultra-fast with 1 ms command processing, supported by built-in Gbit Ethernet, ProfiNet, CAN-FD, and EtherCAT interfaces, enabling seamless integration into automated test systems. Safety features include a second sense input for reverse polarity detection, automatic pre-charge to prevent sparks, and dynamic sense regulation for detecting cable faults. The tester is scalable; up to 64 units can be paralleled to achieve system power up to 1.92 MW.
