EA-PSI 10360-120 3U Programmable DC Power Supply
The EA-PSI 10360-120 3U is a high-performance programmable DC power supply from the EA Elektro Automatik PSI 10000 Series, engineered to deliver up to 360V output voltage, 120A output current, and a substantial 15000W output power in a space-saving 3U form factor. Achieving an efficiency of up to 95.5%, this unit is purpose-built for high-power applications including battery test equipment, battery charger testing, and sophisticated fuel cell test systems. It provides advanced simulation capabilities such as PV solar panel simulation compliant with EN 50530 and automotive test impulse simulation per DIN 40839, enabling users to accurately simulate real-world conditions and generate complex test sequences, effectively eliminating additional equipment and reducing test setup time. The integrated function generator offers sine, triangle, rectangular, trapezoidal, arbitrary, ramp, and XY table (IU table) functions, alongside advanced PV simulation with day trend and interpolation. Connectivity is comprehensive, featuring USB, Ethernet, a galvanically isolated analog interface (0-5V/0-10V switchable), and a slot for optional interface modules including CAN, CANopen, RS232, Profibus, Profinet, ModBus TCP, and EtherCAT. Remote sensing compensates for voltage drops up to 5% of the nominal voltage, ensuring precision at the load. For scalability, master-slave parallel operation supports up to 64 units with a Share bus for dynamic current balancing. Built-in protections include OVP, OCP, OPP, OT, PF, and a safety OVP (for 60V models), complemented by user-defined events. Control is managed via a 5" color TFT touch screen, two rotary knobs with push-button, and a front-panel USB host for data logging and profile management. Key output specifications include voltage ripple of ≤55 mV rms (BW 300 kHz) and ≤320 mV pp (BW 20 MHz), load regulation CV ≤0.05% FS, CC ≤0.1% FS, and display accuracy of ≤0.05% FS for voltage and ≤0.1% FS for current.
